The PNMGC aims to increase the retention of students of color through providing academic, social, cultural and emotional support, and to ultimately build a more diverse population within the University of New Mexico graduate and professional program. Being apart of PNMGC is a great experience and a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a family at UNM. Being involved is very important. As a member of PNMGC you will meet amazing people and learn many things from them.

The Project For New Mexico Graduates of Color (PNMGC) is a student based organization that is working to build community among historically underrepresented groups in graduate school.

The Project Assistants from PNMGC set up Workshops and Social Dialogs, for students that participate in the Organization to join!

PNMGC focuses on Peer Mentoring! Become a part of our Mentoring Program and become a Mentor or Mentee. Find out more on our home page, located on the Blogs home page, or at (pnmgc.unm.edu).
